The Whitetip reef shark (Triaenodon obesus) is one of the trusty companions on every dive at the Great Barrier Reef, Australia, where this picture was taken.

The Triple Bridge (Tromostovje) connects the medieval part of Ljubljana (right) with the outer banks (left). This happens to be my home city.

The Kitt Peak National Observatory (KPNO) 4-m telescope (top left) has been our go-to observing place to spectroscopic follow-up of Kepler targets of interest.
